Katie is a graduate of Mt. Hood Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies: Health Sciences with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from Portland State University. Katie’s approach to patient care is focused on helping patients maximize their function and achieve their rehab goals through evidence-based exercise interventions, manual therapy, and patient education.
She brings compassion, empathy, and drive into her therapeutic treatment, and fosters meaningful connections with her patients. She is continually engaging in education, clinical mentorship, and skills development with an emphasis in general orthopedics, sports medicine, and women’s health. Outside of the clinic you will often find Katie…outside!
She is a native Oregonian and an outdoor enthusiast like many others in the Pacific Northwest, and particularly enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, biking, snowshoeing, backpacking, and kayaking around Oregon. She is also an avid weightlifter and enjoys pushing her strength goals in the gym. When not outdoors, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with her partner Hunter, her family, and friends (especially her cat, Eva).
