North Lake Physical Therapy in Portland – Pearl District is proud to be serving the Northwest Portland Community. Our Pearl District physical therapy clinic is conveniently located in Raleigh Square. The clinic offers extended hours and off-street parking available for patients working in the Pearl District.

Our clinic is actively involved in the Portland community- whether it is cycling to and from work, hiking in Forest Park or running races on the weekend, we love helping our patients get back to doing what they love. We love treating all sorts of injuries ranging from the weekend warrior to the triathlon competitor, working through post-surgical recovery, or managing an overuse injury. With our unique blend of providers specializing in yoga rehabilitation, running mechanics, and diverse functional strengthening, we can create an individual rehab program that works for you!

The therapy is very targeted, especially with the massages. I always get new challenges to help me improve mobility, too. I have had 4 different therapists and all have been excellent, patient and knowledgeable. Everyone at Pearl location is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Updating this post since I have now completed my therapy. Cerise was my main therapist that I worked with the most. She had a well thought out plan each day I was there, adding a new challenge as I progressed. Not only was she a wonderful instructor, but also listened to my concerns..The other therapists, Vince, Jessica and Will filled in for Cerise at times, adding their own expertise. Gabby, Ben and John were there to assist in my exercises, making sure I did them correctly. Liz, the receptionist was always pleasant and accommodating when I was making my appointments. What I got from this Pearl location was encouragement, compassion and the ability to walk normally without pain. I got to recover at my own pace. There is an easy going, no pressure atmosphere here that I looked forward to each day. This is the place to go if you need physical therapy!

Vince is TOTALLY AWSUM!! He got me STOKED about getting fit & better…. He REALLY motivated me! I felt he was super genuine and felt super comfortable w/him out the gate n tht just grew! You’re lucky to have him! As well as the rest of ur crew were warm, Jordan, maybe?! I should remember because he was super sweet n made a point to connect on a light, WELCOMING, level- that just made me feel fortunate to have found your space! That I made the right choice in scheduling w/ya’ll! Grace was lovely, also- I feel good about this partnership!

Vince is the best. I have sent multiple friends his way over the years. The space is inviting, fun, and encouraging. Injuries can be depressing, and it's as much about emotional support as it is physical at NL.
