North Lake Physical Therapy

I attended PT here for 2 months and enjoyed every appointment I had. The PTs and their assistants are all very knowledgeable, professional, and have great personalities. They don’t just get to know your chart, but also you as a person. They push you to be your best while also respecting your limits. My injury has since been resolved and I am back to nearly full strength. Special shout out to Parker who I worked with the most. Honorable mentions to Mariah (or Moriah? Sorry!!) who always answered the phone calls, billing questions, and handled my difficult scheduling and rescheduling, always giving me grace and professionalism. Highly recommend, if you’re looking for a PT, stop because you’ve found them.

My son goes here, it’s been a good experience. They’ve helped him recover from minor sports injuries and getting him on the right track to continue is sports journey. The facility is top tier and the staff is incredible

I was referred to North Lake via my Naturopath. My Main therapists' name was Jason. I say was, because I "graduated" today. I am SO incredibly thankful for him and Ethan, his assistant! They helped me go from someone who has several medical issues and feeling completely overwhelmed at the chaos happening within my body especially over the last 6 years to someone who is now incredibly HOPEFUL that what I'm going through is totally temporary and I DO have the ability to heal, regain my strength and lose the large amount of weight I have put on during those last 6 years. Graduating is bittersweet because I truly appreciated their encouragement and persistent affirmations that I AM getting stronger! I can actually feel that I am so much stronger than when I started a few months ago. I am excited to see what will happen as I continue on my own with the encouragement to progressively continue building strength so that I am in a position where I feel energetic and powerful again! Thank you Jason, Ethan and Mariah too! Thank you for putting up with me and my feisty, sarcastic attitude and understanding it's how I manage my pain and my conditions. Thank you for laughing and joking with me and your patience as I continually lost track of my reps because I couldn't talk and count at the same time 🙄 Thank you for teaching me to wash down the walls of the office...I "complained", but it actually does help! :-) (IYKYK) Love you guys! Jason, Cameron and the staff always do an excellent job at what they do. They did a great job healing my frozen shoulder and my son’s ankle injury. Highly recommend!

Our physical therapist is great, everyone is so friendly, and they have great scheduling options

I had an experience previously with PT at a medical clinic and had given up on the whole thing, thinking I had expected too much. I agreed to try again with Northlake and was blown away by what I experienced. Cam was taking measurements of function, diagnosing what the provider said and what he could see was painful as I moved my shoulder. I left that first session very hopeful. Followups have tuned the treatment, tracked measurements, and continued the process. It is working and I have the info I wanted from Cam about cortisone shots and other short term remedies. I’m a computer person, not a Physical Therapist. Finding an expert in an area i don’t know is a relief when you have chronic pain. I tried to find help online myself and do all the remedies. It has to be tuned to your situation, I feel that in the results. So that’s probably 6 out of 5 stars, really. Thanks to the whole team.

I am truly grateful for the staff at North Lake PT. From management on down, the support from everyone is appreciated. My Physical Therapist was Cam and he was beyond great. Communication from him was simple and easy to understand. The journey with him was a lot of work yet fun at the same time, as he instructed me to full health. I would HIGHLY recommend based on my experience alone.

Jay and his team have helped me with numerous injuries including one long term work injury. They have worked with my wife as well as with both of my daughters that were having issues with some sports injuries.

North Lake Physical Therapy is the best. I had to work hard but it was worth it! Before my therapy was concluded I had a home/gym program to continue my progress after therapy.

Cameron, my Physical Therapist 💕💝💕💝 I absolutely adore him. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about my physical condition. I must say, I had my doubts about going to my appointment yesterday because of the horrible stories that I have been told. This is a perfect example of don’t believe the hype! Cameron, taught me how to correctly use my cane, well back up because before that he adjusted my cane, for me because it was not at the right level for my height, and my wrist was hurting so badly. It was killing my neuropathy, but thank you so so so so very much. Oh, let Camren, know that I have been practicing my routine exercise that you gave me for my feet and I’m grateful and thankful for you and all of your knowledge that you have pertaining to my condition

Love the whole team here. I had PT here for a few months in 2024 and it made me feel much better. Once I faced a new injury/issue in 2025, I knew exactly where I wanted to go.

A small place with big helpfulness and big hearts.... A professional staff that is extremely courteous and hard working... Being of great service to clients is OBVIOUSLY their number one goal. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs physical therapy...
