I’ve been seeing Karen Kawaguchi since 2020, and I can honestly say she has been one of the most important people in my recovery and medical care. Over the years, she has helped me through a right knee replacement and two major hip reconstructive surgeries, and her care has gone far beyond simply helping me regain physical strength and mobility. Karen brings an incredible level of attention, compassion, and dedication to her work. She pays attention not only to what your body needs, but also to how you are doing as a person. Throughout some very difficult periods, she has been a steady source of encouragement and has helped me mentally as much as physically. What stands out most is how much she cares about her patients and about the work she does. She takes the time to understand where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what it will take to help you move forward. Her knowledge and commitment are obvious, but it’s her compassion and genuine investment in her patients that make her exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Karen has done for me over these years. She has played a meaningful role in helping me heal, rebuild my strength, and keep going when recovery was difficult. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly cares.

Karen (my therapist) is wonderful. She is cery knowledgeable about what she does and she truly enjoys helping people. I haven't been able to find very many therapists that specialize in lymph node massage. I am very grateful 🙏 to be able to see her!

Kyle Lesco is extremely good at his job. He explained every exercise and how it relates to my healing process. He taught me how to perform each exercise and points to watch out for. I felt excellent leaving my first appointment both physically and mentally. I am so thankful my recovery is in excellent hands! Thank you very much Kyle!

Deborah provided me courteous, professional, relevant therapy for my elbow and forearm surgery recovery. She transitioned me off of my bulky soft cast to a proper articulating arm Brace. She demonstrated several in home exercises to increase my range of motion at a critical time. My doctor Kevin Murphy, MD transfered me to Dr. Frome at Summit orthopedic in Lake Oswego and I am also now receiving PT for my arm from Sandra Ruff at The Injury clinic in Lake Oswego in their same office. I am now out of the hard brace and following video exercices downloaded to my phone from Sandra. This care approach is working well for me to continue my exercises from home on damand. I highly recommend Debbie for OT treatment at your North Lake office. Although I moved on to a new Ortho MD and OT office, Debbie was very encouraging to me for my recovery and faciilitated progression to where I am now, so very grateful for Debbie's therapy treatment and counsel to me at North Lake!

I used North Lake Physical Therapy after thumb surgery and carpal tunnel surgery. My therapist gave me the tools and advice for the best recovery possible . I also have arthritis in my wrist and fingers so that added to difficulty during recovery. I am very satisfied with the results. My therapist was kind and easy to talk to, I enjoyed my visits. One fun thing there was the free book library!
