Aaron Holtz, DPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Portland - Southeast

Aaron grew up in Portland and attended Lincoln High School. He went on to Oregon State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, with a Minor in Chemistry, as well as playing 2 years on the Division I Men’s Soccer team. Before attending PT school, Aaron was an aide at the Oregon City location for three years. He continued to attend PT school at Concordia University, St. Paul in St. Paul, Minnesota, and achieved his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the Spring of 2019.

Aaron’s time at North Lake before PT school set the building blocks for his treatment style and patient-centered care. Aaron’s clinical focus is on orthopedic sport-related injuries, but he enjoys treating all patients. He has extensive experience with running and soccer populations and focused his treatment on functional strength. Aaron has become proficient with ACL rehabilitation during his time as a PT and enjoys helping athletes return to sport in a safe and effective manner. His goal is to help people return to their prior level of function and excel at what they love doing.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys trail running, golfing, snowboarding, and playing soccer, as well as backpacking and camping with his wife Hanna, and their dog Maddie. Aaron likes to stay active, both mentally and physically, and always has a new goal on the horizon.
